Good morning. Right now we have started installing 9-tumbler locks and it may therefore sound a bit in the hallway. We expect to be ready at 11.00
Broad increase in prices for condominiums in the country
New figures for September
New figures from both Swedish Brokerage Statistics and SBAB show a broad increase in prices for condominiums in the country during September.
New statistics from the SBAB Booli price index (HPI) indicate a consistent rise in the country during the same period, with the exception of the index area in southern Sweden where a marginal decrease was noted of 0.3 percent. In northern Sweden, condominium prices increased by 1.9 percent, for Greater Stockholm the result was plus 1.5 percent and in Stormalmö the prices went up by 1.4 percent. For Greater Gothenburg, plus 0.8 per cent was noted, while prices in central Sweden increased by 0.5 per cent.
- Housing prices continue to withstand the corona crisis with flying colors. The very low housing interest rates and the measures taken to maintain household incomes when unemployment has increased have clearly contributed to this, says SBAB's chief economist Robert Boije in a press release from the bank.
