Background
From January 1, 2027, on-site collection of packaging waste will be introduced. For Brf Navet 3, this means that the association needs to create space for the collection of, among other things, paper, plastic, metal, and colored and uncolored glass.
The board has investigated various possible solutions together with Kretslopp and water. The solution that is considered feasible involves using part of the association's common area under the balconies at Lindholmsallén 59 for a new waste space.
Since the measure involves a significant change to the association's building or land, the issue must, according to Section 28 of the association's statutes, be decided by the association's general meeting.
