Information to all members of Brf Navet 1, 2, 3 and Lansa Fastigheter
Now it is getting closer to the start of work on our area protection.
Our contractor is now saying that the contract will be carried out in two stages.
Stage 1 starting in week 36 will include digging, wiring and casting the foundations of the gates. This means that it may be somewhat difficult, perhaps not possible at all, to drive vehicles into the opening between the houses that they are working on.
Check it out if you have plans to drive into the courtyard with vehicles.
Stage 2 is the installation of gates and fence parts with a planned start
week 38 or 39
When the installation is done, the large gates will be open for a few days when the system will be set up with communication, codes and a "fire department key" and that information sheets (code, mobile number and function) will be sent out to all members of the housing associations, to Lansa's tenants and to the contractors involved, etc.
If anyone feels unsure about how this works, one or more information meetings will be arranged on site at one of the "driveways" a few days after everything is finished.
