Area protection

11/19/2025 9:48:48 AM

Area protection is now in place and we will start using codes to enter and exit through the pedestrian gates.

If you need to drive in or out through the large gate, this is also coded. The code box for the vehicle gate is located on the outside (facing the street).

For the pedestrian gate, the code is four digits plus a press of the enter button (the long button below the numbers).

The same four-digit code applies to the vehicle gate, but only numbers, nothing else.

You have received the codes in a document in your mailbox; the same code applies to all gates.

If you happen to approach the pedestrian gate while it is opening or closing, the gate will stop immediately. This is a safety feature that prevents any risk of entrapment. To restart the gate, enter the code and press enter.

Do not disclose the code to anyone other than those who are authorized to use it, i.e., all of us who live in our properties in Brf Navet 3.

If visitors or suppliers need to enter or leave, they should call you and tell you that they are at the gate. You can then either go to the gates and let them in by entering the code, or call the gate to open it so that they can enter or leave the courtyard. If you let someone in, you must also remember to let them out using the same code for exit.

If you open the pedestrian gate by calling the gate between houses 51 and 53, the left gate as seen from the courtyard, you will have received the number via a document in your mailbox.

If you open the pedestrian gate by calling the gate between houses 55 and 59, the right gate as seen from the courtyard, you will have received the number via a document in your mailbox.

Please note that it is not possible to open the vehicle gate by ringing the bell.

Information meetings, for those who are interested, will be held at the gates on Tuesday 18th and Thursday 20th at 6 p.m. to demonstrate how it works.

Starting Wednesday, November 26, at 9:00 a.m., the gates will be closed and opening with codes will begin.
