Fault repport

When reporting faults, all reports (except for charging stations in the garage) must be sent to the board by email at styrelsen@navet3.se, which will handle them further. No reports may be made directly to SBC.
Only in very URGENT cases may you call SBC or Låsinvest.
NOTE
Remember to write down your apartment number (3 digits) and telephone number so that we can get back to you.

Please note that if the fault concerns something that you are responsible for maintaining and repairing in your apartment according to the statutes, you must contact a tradesman yourself and pay to have the fault repaired.
