QUESTION: Who sets up rules for our garage?
ANSWER: Since the garage is a Joint Property, as described above, it is the board of the Joint Property who makes all decisions about rules. However the garage fee is under our Condominium boards’ decision.

ANSWER: Only those who are members of the Condominium have the right to rent garage space for his own use.

ANSWER: Log in to sbc.se with your BankID. Go to Köer and create a case that you want to rent a garage space.
QUESTION: Is it possible to rent an extra garage space?
ANSWER: If there is free garage space left over you can rent an extra one. The condition is that if there is a member who does not have a garage space and wants to rent one, the extra garage space must be released.
QUESTION: How do I open the garage door?
ANSWER: You open the garage door with your "Tag" that you use for the entrance door.
QUESTION: I have heard that there is a remote control to open the garage door with. How could I get hold of one?
ANSWER: A remote control can be ordered from the board. A remote control currently costs SEK 400.
QUESTION: Could I rent out my garage space to someone else?
ANSWER: No, you are not allowed to rent out or sublet. The car that is placed in the garage shall be owned/used by the person who is a member of the Condominium.
QUESTION: Am I allowed to place my motorcycle in the garage space for my car?
ANSWER: No, according to the rental contract, the garage space is only intended for one car and nothing else. There are specific motorcycle spaces to rent.
NOTE! Remember that our garage spaces are pretty small areas so be sure not to block other peoples possibility to park.

NOTE! For fire safety reasons, it is absolutely prohibited to keep anything that is flammable in the garage except for the car.
