QUESTION: Am I allowed to place something, such as pram or stroller in the stairwell outside my door?
ANSWER: No, nothing is allowed to be placed in the stairwell. It is mainly for fire safety reasons that nothing is allowed to be placed there, but also because of those who is responsible for cleaning don’t want anything standing in their ways, otherwise the Condominium will be charge extra.
QUESTION: May I have a doormat outside my door?
ANSWER: No, for the same reasons stated above.
NOTE! For fire safety reasons, it is absolutely prohibited to store anything in the stairwell. Smoking is not allowed in stairwells and elevators.
QUESTION: What should I do if I get stuck in the elevator?
ANSWER: In the elevator, there is an information board that shows what to do in order to make contact with the elevator supplier’s manned emergency centre.
