Q: What do I do when I need to pawn my apartment?
A: Pledging sent directly to the SBC who sign the pledge document, SCB then sends the document to the bank and note the pledge in the apartment list. Also cancelled pledge must be submitted to the SBC for delisting in apartment list.
Q: Is there any fee associated with the pledge.
A: Yes, 1% of the base amount shall be paid by the apartment owner.
