Rules for Subletting
Rules for subletting apply as below:
BRF Navet3's board has decided to comply with the Residential Apartment laws together with the Navet 3 organisation statuters and the rental committee's recommendations as regards
subletting - Residential Apartments.
The board has decided the following;
• The application for a permit is made on the SBC portal scb.se under the tab "Din lägenhet/lokal"
• The application for letting must be submitted to the board no later than one months before the intended date of occupancy.
• The application for extension of subletting must be submitted to the board no later than one months before the extension is to take effect
• The residential right may be rented out for 1 year at a time if there is a valid reason.
The Rental Board recommends that an apartment may be rented out for 2 consecutive years, which BRF Nvaet3 follows.
• When subletting a condominium, there is a fee of 10% of one
price base amount (57 300 kroner for the year 2024) to be charged per year that the apartment is rented out. (see paragraph 9 of BRF Navet´s statutes). This must be paid by the condominium owner.
• A credit report on the intended tenant must be attached to the application. It can be done by the proposed tenant himself at Upplysningscentralen
