Question: Who has the association as supplier of TV, broadband and telephony?

Answer: The association has an agreement with Tele 2.

Question: What is included in the agreement?

Answer: The basic range includes:
• Basic range, 17 channels (including a digital box or CA module/household for those who need it).
• Broadband 250/50 Mbit/s including a modem with built-in wireless router for those who do not already have one.
• Telephone subscription.

Question: If I have problems with TV, broadband and telephony, where do I turn?

Answer: For problems or additions, contact Tele 2's customer service, 90-222.

Question: Is it possible to connect to fiber?

Answer: Yes. In the property, there is the option of connecting to an open fiber network via ITUX. To get a fiber connection to the apartment there is an additional cost.
