ANSWER: The Board is responsible for the Condominiums finances and for ensuring that the decisions of its members are executed. The Board is elected at the Annual General Meeting by its members, witch also elect accountants and a nomination committee.

ANSWER: As a member, you have the possibility to take part of decisions about how the house should be operated. It is made at the annual ordinary general meeting or at an extraordinary general meeting where each member has one vote. To be able to influence decisions requires that you are an active member and thereby have the opportunity to influence the board’s decisions.
